Access Computer Consulting plc are a major global managed service provider, this particular client is one of the world's largest and most prestigious financial organisations who are carrying out a major Office 365 project, added to which is the implementation of Dynamics AX

For our London based client, we require a Project Manager

The overall objective of this role is to act as Senior MS Dynamics PM, managing technical design and ensuring governance approvals are obtained. Responsible for comprising but not limited to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics itself, the enablement of users, troubleshooting and to provide input in developing and maintaining policies, procedures and standards. The role requires ensuring that product is delivered to the required predefined and agreed quality standards, within the specified constraints to time and cost and quality. Additionally the role is to ensure that delivery produces the result of the benefits defined in the business case and that all aspects of delivery meet the projects "Acceptance and agreed standards."

Key Responsibilities

Successfully implement and deliver project aspects.

* Technical implementation of my clients Microsoft Dynamics configuration

* Will be assigned responsibility for assisting with the enablement of my clients Users to Microsoft Dynamics

* Ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics services adhere to my clients risk and compliance standards

* Ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics design documents are created and followed during implementation

* Assisting migration teams with issue resolution when required

* Be heavily involved in working with project teams as you will lead project initiatives from the systems side;

* Define, maintain and monitor compliance to security and software policies for the business.

revision of appropriate documentation and controls

* Ensure all activities are completed effectively and in accordance with Change Lifecycle and adoption of company project methodology. Responsibilities include: change control, maintenance of files, document control, actual data collection and forecasting, updating of plans, administration of quality reviews, meetings support, minute taking and standards reporting.

* Ensure completion and appropriate storage of all documentation.

* Ensure completion of weekly status update reports

Candidate Profile / Key Skills
  • Experience with Dynamics AX (2012 & 2009) in financial organisation or similar
  • Dynamics 365 experience
  • ERP implementations
  • Confident working in an Agile way
  • JIRA
  • Strong communicator - requirements gathering - mentoring.
