Service Delivery Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a successful and well established multi-regional IT Cloud Company who are looking to appoint a Service Delivery Manager for their Operations department.

About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager's role is to be the voice of the customer. You will partner with the customer to define their needs, ensure they are being met and that the SLA is being adhered to. The role will require an exceptional stakeholder manager, working with both internal and external global stakeholders to ensure that the customers service is being successfully performed in consistent manner.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities will include;
  • Managing the service review meetings, dealing with escalation management, leading the audits and the SLA process.
  • Partner with internal global stakeholders across Sales, Strategy and Operations to ensure an excellent, high-level of service is consistently provided
  • Constantly analyse the services to identify ways to further evolve and improve the customer life-cycle; processes, service delivery, SLA's, escalation process, etc
  • Analysing existing processes and introducing operational improvements

Candidates will have ideally already performed a service delivery role within a technology or telecommunications organisation.
