The Supply Register are delighted to be working exclusively with L.E.A.D Academy Trust and we are currently recruiting for a Director of schools ( Primary ) to join their trust asap.

The trust has 25 academies across Lincoln, Nottingham, Sheffield, Mansfield and Leicester. Recruitment requirements for all of the academies are presented to The Supply Register via our shared platform used to connect their academies with the best and most suitable candidates in the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified professional with drive and creativity, and who is passionate about making a positive difference to children's learning.

The role would suit someone who has experience of driving positive change in schools and has a proven track record in school improvement.

The role would be based at the head office in Nottingham with occasional travel required to the academies.

As part of the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust the academy benefits from access to a wide range of training, development and professional services. The Headteacher can access support and guidance on all areas of teaching, learning and school operations, directly as and when required. They are proud to have developed a culture within our Trust in which Headteachers partner and communicate well with each other, providing a strong network of like minded leaders to work with.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading support, advice and guidance to enable the Trust's academies to succeed

The candidate will:
  • Have a high level of leadership experience previously within a school.
  • Holds a track record in raising teaching standards, ensuring progression and attainment for all pupils with a desire to embed a culture of continuous development for all
  • Be creative, passionate and inspirational
