The role
We have a great opportunity for a HR Systems Manager to join our HR team. Although the role is a temporary position (mat leave) it will involve leading on some integral projects.
We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead on some of the most strategic projects we have within our HR Systems team now. The ideal person will have experience working with HR systems, project managing and requirements speccing.
Some of the main projects you will be working on will be integration projects of various systems therefore experience with this would be ideal. The role also involves reporting and MI, we are looking to automate the reporting and so if this is something you have experience with, great!
The role works closely with various departments within the business such as IT and Finance, we would require somebody comfortable working with different levels of stakeholders, who is able to build solid relationships and isn't phased by being in steering groups with senior leaders.
Skills
* Experience of managing HR and Payroll systems
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage but training will be provided
* Background in management information would be desirable
* Excellent influencing skills
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and process timelines
* Demonstrates flexibility
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* SQL skills are desirable
