Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency offering bespoke solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. It offers SEO, PPC, Social, Email Marketing and Print Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a creative mind, who enjoys working within teams and making a tangible difference. Candidates will need a clear understanding of profitability and be able to combine efficiency and business with technical and creative skills.

Main Job Purpose

You will be working within a marketing team managing client Pay Per Click Campaigns. You will be tasked and responsible for the full lifecycle of the campaigns, with continuous development of the accounts and analysis to improve their performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of client Pay Per Click Campaigns for their full lifecycle. This will include analysis and development of each campaign, using a range of techniques which will can themselves be developed. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the challenges campaigns face within the paid advertising space; how to improve efficiency and profitability of campaigns; what the leaders in the field are achieving and which competitive forces are at play, as well as the technical aspects of the job.

A significant component of the position will involve direct communication with clients. The successful candidate needs to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to discuss campaigns from the client's perspective i.e. to be able to vocalise how to meet specific client needs through PCC campaigns and explain successes and challenges in appropriate terms. Furthermore, you will need to be able to discern good business from inefficiency and timewasting or profiteering by clients, instead being able to manage the client and bring a successful campaign outcome in a profitable and timely fashion.

The position requires working within the broader SEO team, ensuring that PPC campaigns form an active and coherent addition to the overall client strategy.
