We're looking for an experienced Account / Project Manager who will help onboard, train and work closely with customers who adopt and use the technology our client owns. This role is about ensuring clients get the most from their new technology and that they see clear performance benefits in the relationship with their own new customers - this is what the tech helps with.

This is a great opportunity to join an exciting tech company with a focus on growth. You'll be joining at a stage where policy and procedures are being implemented so previous experience in a similar role is essential and you will need to demonstrate how you can help to build out a dedicated account management and customer implementation team.

Role profile: -
  • You'll work directly with new clients to train them and get them happy with the system and off to the best start possible helping them quickly see how the tech can improve their performance.
  • You will work closely with their clients to understand their needs ensuring they're getting value.
  • You will become an expert in understanding client use cases, needs, target outcomes, where our client can have the highest impact and how to measure this impact.
  • You'll work directly with the numerous stakeholders and internally represent the voice of clients to inform how work should be prioritised so there is continual product improvement.
  • Encourage feedback and satisfaction surveys with clients which will help obtain new clients
  • Be responsible for the retention and growth of client accounts

Experience required
  • 3+ years' experience in account management, project management or other customer onboarding roles
  • Great active listening skills to quickly determine how best to position solutions in a way which meets the clients requirements and negates any objections
  • Problem solving and analytical skills to quickly understand a business, its issues and opportunities.
  • Strong relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Sales experience or examples of developing accounts through increased sales
  • Keen to travel, meet different people and work with different organisations.
