Location: Central London

We are assisting in the recruitment for a Planning/Buying Manager with one of the biggest OOH specialist agencies in the country, based in Central London, the media hub of the country! They are looking for a like-minded passionate person to join the team and collaborate, putting together creative and strategically air tight media lay downs for their clients. Reporting into the Planning and Buying Director you will have the opportunity to work alongside agencies on fantastic brands; from leading beverage manufacturers to global confectionary brands and technology companies. You will be able to oversee the full process, from the initial strategy and planning stage, all the way through to the buying and implementation. This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team on some exciting brands.

A few factors that will make you a superstar:

·A minimum of 3 years' experience.

·Good leadership skills to motivate, manage and mentor the team.

·Strong OOH knowledge and experience of planning and buying, including the application of all industry and internal planning and administration tools.

·Strong relationship builder to manage the day to day working interactions with media owner partners and internal stakeholders.

·Understanding of business commercial priorities and relevant client deliverables.

·Good project management skills to manage varying volumes of work.

Some key responsibilities and duties include:

·Responsible for advising the P&B Director of any significant opportunities for growth on key clients and producing a laydown plan for the agency.

·Putting together a full laydown with complete rationale.

·Responsible for ensuring the process is followed consistently up to buying stage and all deliverables meet the required standard.

·Responsible for delivering billings targets by media owner for specific clients including meeting short term organic growth targets by identifying opportunities.

·Ensuring all pre and post campaign audit data is correct on the system.

·Responsible for supporting the P&B Director to build effective working relationships and practices with relevant media owners.
