Electrical Breakdown Engineer
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Breakdown Engineer to join a dynamic forward-thinking company, specialising in Machinery breakdown repair and maintenance.


Are client requires an additional Electrical Breakdown Engineer to join their field based Breakdown Team covering varying clients.

You will be required to diagnose Breakdowns and carry out repairs and maintenance on our clients customer's sites.

This is an exciting and varied Engineering role, working on a wide variety of machines within differing industries including; Print, Recycling, Packaging, General Industry & Farming.

This is an excellent varied Engineering opportunity allowing the individual to develop their skills and experience.This is not a shift role, general hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • To diagnose faults and carry out repairs at our customers sites.
  • To carry out maintenance and service of machines and equipment at our customers sites.

Skills required:
  • Industrial and Commercial Engineering experience
  • Possess strong fault-finding skills
  • Strong Electrical Engineering skills with the ability to diagnose faults from electrical drawings
  • Carry out remedial action to current standards
  • Strong working knowledge of PLC's, Inverters and Drives
  • The ability to be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • The desire to learn in a challenging, fast paced, engineering environment.

This role offers on average c.10 hours overtime per week (Over time rates - 6am to 6pm time, 6pm to midnight time and a half, midnight to 6am double time, weekends double time.) standard hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
