Our client is the UK's leading provider of scent marketing solutions. We are a young and innovative company, looking for an International Digital Marketing Manager. The International Digital Marketing Manager will design, develop and execute international marketing programs for the company's locations throughout EMEA and APAC.

While located in London, England, this position will coordinate marketing activities with teams throughout the world (Primarily UK, France, Netherlands, Hong Kong, China, and Australia) and work closely with the company's corporate marketing team in Charlotte, NC, for program strategy, budget management and tactical program execution. A key focus for this position will be program flighting and management to make smart business decisions globally; balancing budget, time, resources and opportunity. There will also be a strong focus on brand consistency/management.

What we are looking for:

Our perfect candidate will have a Minimum of 5 years relevant product marketing and/or product management experience with experience of Google Analytics and digital ad buying platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo or other CRM and Marketing Automation platforms is not required but a plus. Candidates for this position should show their ability to think strategically, but also show their ability to directly create (write, design, build, and schedule) go to market tactics. You will take ownership of projects from conception to completion, both quantity and quality and seek ways to improve.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who can work independently but also maintain collaborative, team relationship with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the groups' achievement of goals and to help foster a positive work environment.

You must be flexible to travel as this position includes up to 20% travel.

Day to day duties:

Ability to think strategically about digital marketing, while also executing tactically on campaigns
Guidance/management of marketing spend for the companies EMEA & APAC locations
Project management of all marketing tasks across companies EMEA & APAC locations
Coordination with corporate marketing in the U.S for marketing support requests/needs
Manage non-US websites content accuracy, content development, enhancements, etc
Understand how to drive online sales leads through a variety of go-to-market tactics: email campaigns, paid search, social media, lifecycle program, etc
Support corporate marketing, product development, and R&D in educating global team members when new products are introduced, or existing products enhanced
Will be a subject matter expert on international competitor offerings, pricing and positioning
Occasional market research to better understand the needs of customers in global regions
