Job Title: Levy Account Manager (Skills)

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

KM are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a large and successful Training Organisation, who delivers a wide range of training programmes to individuals across the UK. They are looking to appoint an Account Manager to manage and maximise their Levy Apprenticeship employer accounts and develop new business for the delivery of Apprenticeships programmes.

The Role:

Manage and grow a portfolio of Apprenticeship Levy Key Employer Accounts, maximising all opportunities to promote our clients Apprenticeship offering and identifying new opportunities for development.
Act as a single point of contact, nurturing relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
Work strategically with key accounts to ensure operational plans are in place.
Responsible for creating significant growth across all key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities; produce/ deliver sales presentations at a senior level to potential new clients.
Maintain own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
Identify key sectors that are of interest to key accounts / potential new business and match their needs.
Report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis to senior management.
Ensure the companies focus on quality is maintained.
Ensure business objectives, project deadlines and targets and met.
Cross sell other products, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.
Essential Criteria:

Experience of working within an Apprenticeship Levy Account Manager/Business Development role.
Proven experience of managing/ maximising large Employer Accounts for the growth of Apprenticeships.
Commercially aware with proven negotiation/influencing skills and ability to grow business.
Experience of developing and implementing Account Management strategies, systems and processes.
Must have an excellent customer service / people skills
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Personal Skills:

Excellent communication skills - presentation, written and verbal.
Exceptional sales, marketing and networking skills.
Time management and organisational skills.
