Contact Recruitment are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Marketing Manager for our client based in Derby.

The purpose of this role will be to contribute to the company's marketing strategy and lead on the implementation of marketing activities across the our clients group of companies. The key function of this role will be to lead in the development of the our clients brand. Providing research and marketing initiatives to help raise the Company's profile and generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position previously as well as being educated to Degree level or equivalent and hold a minimum of HND or above in marketing, whilst ideally being a qualified chartered marketer. We are looking for someone with significant experience of managing marketing activities within an organisation, someone who can forge strong working relationships with clients and customers and someone who has experience of formulating, delivering and evaluating marketing & communications plans.

In this role you will find the following roles and responsibilities;

Managing the Marketing
  • Developing all marketing for the Business Area functions and activities.
  • Supporting the development of the marketing strategy
  • Co-ordinating marketing and promotional campaigns (including lead generation campaigns).
  • Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Manage internal and external resources, including human resources as required.

  • Identifying potential strategic partners to provide further expertise for company marketing.
  • In-line with GDPR develop lists of potential customer contacts for marketing and promotion of company products and services.
  • In conjunction with the Business Development Manager, maintain a database of target centres and help to develop relationships.
  • Organise all aspects of internal and external event logistics and where appropriate represent the company.
  • Conduct annual customer surveys.
Development Activity
  • Creating a diverse range of different marketing materials.
  • Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Manage and maintain all marketing policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, plan and project manage the publication of publicity and learning material.
  • Create a library of all our clients learning materials, including information on all the product range
