Who You Are - Account Manager

As an Account Manager you will work in a focused and productive team, developing key business relationships within your accounts, confident communication at all levels is vital within this role. You will build your accounts through understanding your clients and effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities - Account Manager

- Develop client accounts by demonstrating the benefit of unified communications to their business

- Increase the accounts and account value through effective selling

- Maintain the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction

- Communicate in a professional and confident manner

Key Experience and Skills - Account Manager

- Experience within an IT or Telecommunications business

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Strong relational skills
