WBA - Global Brands are looking to appoint a new Global Brand Director for their Healthcare category. This position will be responsible for Retail Own Brand along with Rest of World markets. Our Healthcare engine is embarking on a period of substantial growth and transformation, making this position a critical hire in our 3yr plan.Purpose...Your role is to drive development of strategic vision to deliver both mid/long term strategy for innovation in healthcare across the Global Brands organisation, as well as short term growth for the healthcare brands within Boots UK, US, Norway, ROI, Mexico, Chile, Thailand, where the brands are already present. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will ensure that innovation, core business and capability across Healthcare delivers against future global strategic objectivesKey responsibilities...• Design the strategy and organisation to deliver the healthcare innovation pipeline feeding the existing healthcare products business across key categories including Vitamins, Cough Cold, Weight, Gastro, Pain, First Aid, Allergy, Eye/Ear, Incontinence, Paediatrics, Smoking, Family Planning and Feminine Health.
