My client, based in Leatherhead is currently recruiting for an experienced HR & Compliance Administrator for a 3 month temporary booking.

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Pay: £11.50-13 per hour

Employment type: Temporary

Start Date: 23/09/2019

Duties will include...

- Processing DBS applications

- Referencing

- Maintain the Single Central Register of Appointments for staff, governors, volunteers, agency staff, contractors and external coaches and teachers

- Provide monthly reports to the HR Director, Deputy Headmaster and Safeguarding Governor regarding new staff and safeguarding checks

- Support the HR Director and HR & Compliance Officer in ensuring compliance with all Safer Recruitment requirements

- Ensure up to date knowledge of ISI regulations and keep abreast of changes in legislation's

- Manage HR Database (iSAMS)

- Compile and maintain a training register

- Carry out an audit of staff files and complete any necessary checks to ensure compliancy

- Prepare risk assessments as required

- Archive files as appropriate

- Assist with the processing of applications and responding to applications received

- Assist with placing advertisements on University websites and external media

Experience required...

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

- Experience of HR administration preferred

- Knowledge of safer recruitment procedures in schools preferred

- Ability to multitask, use initiative and work under minimal guidance

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Attention to Detail

- Ability to work in a Professional and Confidential manner
