Looking for a new role? Do you have experience in HR and Administration? If the answer is yes, then this role is for you!

As a Benefits Specialist you'll be responsible for reviewing benefit data analysis and renewals and assisting in benefit plans and changes in the EMEA region. You'll liaise with external and internal stakeholders and work with their benefit issues and respond to any issues.
This role is working for a leading medical company based in Wokingham on a six month contracted basis.

Main Duties:
* Performs duties associated with benefits renewal, benefits data analysis, benefits portal testing, and benefits inventory and develop benefits administrative guidelines/ process.
* Assist in reviewing, implementing and communicating benefits plans and changes in the EMEA region in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders;
* Participates in Benefits Surveys / benchmarking and supports overall process co-ordination
* Ensure the global governance of our benefits plans.
* Maintenance of the EMEA benefit programs for the responsible cluster countries to ensure that these programs are consistently administered in compliance with the company's policies and procedures and external regulations and effectively delivered to the organization;
* Work together with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on benefits issues and respond to ad-hoc benefits questions;
* Vendor management.

* Preferably a degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Economics or Finance
* Desirably, have over 5 years experience within Human Resources, Compensation / Benefits or Financial Analysis and around 3 years of experience in benefits management/ administration
* Knowledge of EMEA benefits, in particular insurance programme for CEE (Central European Countries) is desirable.
* Excel skills a must.
* Be able to work independently on projects and take responsibility for your own work
