The Role
  • Responding to incoming post and e-mails in a timely manner
  • Working with third party debt management companies to set up affordable payment plans for their customers in financial difficulty
  • Process daily banking submissions
  • Send statutory notices where required
  • Upload leads to the automated dialler
  • Process daily card payments
  • Supporting Collections Team colleagues to set actions, reschedule loans and provide support
  • Covering for colleagues during absence and holiday and supporting ad hoc requirements from the team/team manager
  • Strive to improve the standards within the business with ideas for improvement


Our client was launched in July 2017 to provide point-of-sale finance to consumers who have been refused credit or are building up their credit score, through a network of retail partners across the UK.

They are growing FinTech company focused on digital disruption in the financial services industry. Their proprietary technology platform and machine-learning decisioning algorithms are changing the face and pace of consumer retail finance. Their client has a strong, supportive culture and is dedicated to its customers, retail partners, and team members.

  • Successful track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Administration
  • GCSE grades A to C in Maths and English (or equivalent)

  • Competent with a PC and MS Office

  • Must be able complete simple mathematical equations (add, subtract, multiply & divide using fractions, decimals or whole numbers)
