Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Payments Administrator to join one of our priority clients based in Glasgow. This is a full time and permanent role working business hours. The role will be to work within a Mortgage company that releases all the funds for a growing mortgage book.


·Payment of 3rd Party invoices

·Assist in reporting

·Liaising with stakeholder, clients and internal departments

·Investigating unidentified items

·Expense claims

·Resolving queries to a high standard

·Processing payments

·Preparation of daily funds release

·Applying the transaction onto internal systems

·Daily reconciliation and cash sweeps of cleared funds


·Must have financial service experience

·Exposure to mortgages is advantageous

·Experienced in releasing funds

·If you have worked in a retail bank then that would also be advantageous

·Must be MS Office competent - especially Excel - must at least know what a Pivot table is (training can be provided)

·Worked with macros (training can be provided)

·Must have excellent attention to detail skills

·Can multi task while being accurate

·Enjoys working with numbers

·Strong team plater

·Self-starter with a positive attitude
