Deep-rooted practice in Suffolk seeks a dedicated Wills and Probate Legal Secretary.

With a loyal client base this thriving firm is actively seeking a Wills and Probate Legal Secretary to assist fee earners at its busy Ipswich office. The successful candidate will prove to work well under pressure and have the ability to work on their own initiative.

**Responsibilities**
• General secretarial duties
• Assisting and supporting fee earners specialising in wills and probate
• Audio typing and word processing
• Liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone
• Use of case management systems
• General administrative work
• Telephony
• Diary management

**The Candidate**
• Legal secretaries with a minimum of one year's experience of supporting fee earners
• Excellent IT skills are required in addition to fast, accurate typing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good control of diary and time management
