Newly created opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to work within our Customer Experience team. You will be collating data from a range of sources and creating a dashboard to show key information on Customer behaviours and experience.

You will be able to review and interrogate data, to gain meaningful insight to be able to report on trends and patterns. Creation of bespoke and ad-hoc reports will contribute toward continuous improvement and effective management of the wider operational team. This work will be valuable to support development of our overall Customer Journey.

About you

You will be an advanced Excel user with experience in data analysis, reporting, and, delivering meaningful insight. Ideally you will have had experience of this within a contact centre environment. You will be able to translate large sets of data to key stakeholders and be able to build effective working relationships.

Key Skills required
  • Excellent experience and knowledge of a range of IT systems and tools to enable excellent data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience of SQL preferred
  • Proven ability to translate data and information into insight, preferably with experience of BI reporting.
  • Understanding and experience working with Performance Management Frameworks, KPIs and SLAs
  • Experience of working within a continuous improvement environment
  • Awareness and understanding of data analysis within contact centres and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • A self-starter with an excellent initiative and problem solving skills to proactively analyse data and draw conclusions
