Term Time Account Manager



Hours 9.30-4.30 Monday to Friday (Term time only)

£26,000 pro rata plus commission

As Account Manager for this well-known brand, your clients will be schools and colleges, where you will be responsible for retaining and growing their spend on office supplies.

Duties and responsibilities for the Account Manager role include:
  • Diarising calls to customers to ensure an increase in orders
  • Pro-actively developing relationships with your accounts in a dedicated customer
    base to grow sales, gross margin and to achieve budget and sales targets.
  • Produce & progress quotations with customers
  • Processing customer orders ensuring all pricing and delivery details are entered onto the CRM
  • Managing customer orders, ensuring lead times are met

Skills and experience required for the Account Manager role:
  • Previous experience of proactive and reactive selling
  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Numerate
  • Quick to learn
