Established company in the Crawley area seek an Accounts and Office Manager to join their team. Reporting to the MD this role will be responsible for the following duties

*Monthly management accounts

*Cash flow

*Budgeting

*Reconciliations

*VAT returns

*Liaising with auditors

*HR related duties

Ideally candidate will have good all round accounts experience including management accounts preparation and will have ideally overseen a small team. Strong IT and communication skills are essential.
