Acorn Recruitment is looking to procure a specialist resource to supplement an experienced
Infrastructure and Projects team in Exeter.

The successful candidate will be joining a thriving company based in multiple sites across the South West with a headquarters in Exeter. The company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to assist on a temporary contract with potential for extensions.

Key skills required:

* Windows 7-10 & Office 2007-2016 (Office 365).
* Able to work with customers to remotely diagnose and rectify faults logged.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Keen eye for detail, passionate and driven to learn.

Desirables:

* Previous experience working in a team of around eight on various incidents and customer requests.
