A full time, permanent role based in Wakefield. £18,000 to £20,000 a year.

About the Role
The start date for this role is ideally Monday 8th April. Successful applicants will join a dedicated Development Team and undertake a structured induction, spending the first week with our L&D team and then receiving regular training throughout the first 6 months from our Technical Trainers and Subject Matter Experts from across the business.

You will be supported by your Manager through a structured Development and Training Programme, which lasts throughout your first 12 months in the role. By the end of your 12 months training you will be able to:

Deal with cases of complexity and causation arguments with minimal supervision.

Assess liability and quantum to include reviewing medical reports and researching and obtaining relevant case law.

Negotiate with third parties to ensure we receive the best settlement figure for each of our clients in a proactive and timely manner, identify litigation opportunities where appropriate.

Manage a high volume caseload of RTA MOJ Portal claims, following the MOJ process and best practise, in order to progress your claims from inception through to settlement.
About You

Experience of Personal Injury law, or a Law degree would be advantageous, although not essential as you'll be joining a brand new Development team. Successful applicants will have experience working in a customer facing role and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

You'll have a customer centric approach and be focused on delivering the right outcome for each of our clients/ customers. You will enjoy working as part of a team, supporting each other to achieve individual and business objectives.

About our Benefits

The starting salary for this role is GBP 18,000 - 20,000 per annum this will increase to GBP 20,000 - 22,000 per annum when competent in role. We would anticipate this to take around 12 months in total (including 6 months formal training).
