With over 10 years in the multi-tenant cloud environment, NICE is best placed to own this exciting and growing marketplace.The ROLE: New Business Sales Executive - owning a defined territory (UK/I) with the responsibility to generate new customers but also cross sell and upsell new solutions and services to existing customers, ensuring we deliver value with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Understanding the business issues faced by your customers and helping them find solutions via our product set alongside our value realisation services. Direct and Indirect go to market, working with our valued Business Partner Network and Systems Integrators. Build sales pipeline, create great customer references and close sales. There is also the opportunity to act as player/coach when you would manage and lead a small team of sales executives in addition to your own sales activities.BACKGROUND:Circa 5+ years in a customer facing direct sales role, in software and/or SaaS solutions (not platforms). Consistent and proven track record. Degree or equivalent experience. Must have a professional outlook with a desire to succeed and progress, comfortable with multi-million-dollar sales targets.You must possess the desire to excel in customer satisfaction and new business sales. Great relationship building skills, able to demonstrate value to customers, partners and colleagues, the curiosity and analytical skills to understand why customers need our solutions and to build the value case in the customer's terms Work with teams of product sales, pre-sales and services colleagues to create great outcomes for our customers.Based in our London Blackfriars office, you must possess a clean driving license and able to travel within the UK and internationally as needed.
