Welcome to Staffbank Recruitment,

We have the pleasure of working with a well-established and loyal company who are looking for a property support administrator to join their team based in Ipswich.

This role is full-time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday- Friday.

You will be helping co-ordinate, process, develop and provide relevant information to enable the successful delivery of specific areas of the property management service.

Main duties to include:
  • Provide efficient and accurate customer service
  • Monitor supply and service ordering and delivery, including reactive and planned maintenance
  • Verify and process supplier invoices for payment and raise invoices, monitor payments and resolve queries
  • Produce and monitor key performance indicators
  • Ensure quality assurance and monitoring systems are in place and review regularly to maintain improvement
  • Comply with all data handling procedures
  • Provide information and reports concerning the service as required

The ideal candidate will:
  • Be qualified at least NVQ3 in a relevant topic- Business Administration or Finance/ Accounts
  • Have demonstratable experience in successfully carrying out admin duties
  • Have a sound knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Have strong organisational skills
  • Have good influencing and negotiating skills
  • Be able to travel to work and locations as required
