I am working along side a leading Sheffield business in the recruitment of a multilingual Technical Support Analyst to join their support team. The role involves managing a network of resellers and end users where customer satisfaction is at the forefront of the business. Candidates must have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients.

The role will be supporting French and German clients so candidates must have fluency in both languages (written and oral) to be considered. You will be based in the Sheffield office with the potential travel abroad from time to time to visit clients or attend trade shows.

Main duties:
*Deal with all incoming customer support requests in a professional and courteous manner.
*Troubleshoot and resolve all technical enquiries.
*Be responsible for and manage own caseload.
*Log calls onto the system and keep CRM systems up to date.
*Technical support for clients.
*Identify training requirements and facilitate training sessions.
*Account management of existing clients building strong and lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate:
*Excellent English/French/German verbal and written communication skills (Essential).
*Excellent IT skills.
*Previous experience in a customer service role.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships.
*Exceptional problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise.

The package:
*Salary of £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
*Private healthcare
*Performance related bonus
