Our Client, an EXCITING cutting-edge, TECHNOLOGY-based organisation with HUGE growth plans are looking to recruit a 1st LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE? to join their team.
  • Are you GENUINELY interested in TECHNOLOGY?

  • Have YOU studied Computing and are looking to secure your first opportunity within a TECHNOLOGY LEAD organisation?
  • Have you previously been in a IT Helpdesk OR Software Testing- environment / or even supported items such as Smart-phones or Apps?

****** THIS IS A 2pm-11pm Monday-Friday role ******

The successful applicant MUST be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- Strong communication skills

- Capable of working in a Customer-Focused role, resolving and documenting technical queries and questions (B2C)

- Applicants will demonstrate being motivated and hungry to develop a career with a TECHNOLOGY organisation

- Being technically-minded as well as technically inquisitive

- Dependable and serious about your commitment-levels, to a company willing to invest in their employees

Job role:

- Act as the 1st point of contact for post-sale customers

- Respond to and resolve questions from B2C customers - via phone and email

- Escalate issues where appropriate

- Develop a "Frequently asked Questions" understanding and log

- Report back re-occurring user-issues in order to improve Customer-experience

- Demonstrate being highly adaptable to meet customers' needs

- Willing to shift gears at a moment's notice

Although, by no means essential, if you have supported "Smart-phones" or "Apps" or done any "Software-testing" or worked on an IT helpdesk, this would be a distinct advantage!

Quite Simply, we are looking for:

- Enthusiastic, capable and inquisitive candidates in all things TECHNICAL (Proactive and inventive character / nature)

- Happy to work the hours of 2pm - 11pm (MON-FRI, please note that this is subject to change due to rapid expansion plans)

- Able to communicate with customers by telephone in a professional and clear manner

- Able to get to Farnborough on a daily basis (Drivers preferable due to location)
