Principal Marketing Communications RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the global marketing and product teams, supporting functions and external agencies to create and implement annual campaign plans in line with business KPI's. Define the marketing mix per individual campaign objective such as driving familiarity and consideration of the brand, lead generation, increased awareness and adoption of technology solutions, as well as conversion and retention of business. Create, deliver and manage content marketing plans, including; blogs, white papers, case studies, social media posts, websites, infographics and videos. Respond to briefs both from a global perspective but being considerate of regional and local requirements, propose market-facing activities through optimum mix of media/touchpoints, and lead the creative process and production planning /execution as well as post-campaign analysis. Support a range of marketing activities such as industry and customer events, sponsorships and ABM activities - all while keeping the customer and brand experience front of mind. Be the first point of contact on all campaign matters and a true partner to other areas of the business: create and agree project timelines, setting KPIs, agreeing creative approach, coordinating execution including; translation processes, seeking approvals, overseeing launch to market, internal communication and reporting. Collaborate with colleagues in Americas, EMEA and APAC to deliver global campaigns, tapping into resources across the global team to deliver on initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: Several years successful marketing experience, ideally in an international company. Understanding of the technology sector and particularly experience with Go-To-Market product launches is an advantage. Experience in the travel sector is a plus, but not mandatory. A global mindset and an understanding that clients operate globally as well. A passion for impactful, integrated marketing campaigns both globally but also in a local context. Solid understanding of brand theory and campaign planning and execution, as well as demonstrated experience of the social/digital marketing landscape as well as traditional direct marketing tools. Experienced in leading campaign projects and excellent project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on multiple projects. Experienced in working with external agencies - comfortable briefing, setting clear expectations on deliverables, sticking to budgets and seeing projects through to completion. Ability to understand Sabre business objectives and offerings, then taking briefs and turning proof points into excellent campaign messaging and design across a wide variety of audiences (internal/external), channels and types of asset (emails, white papers, infographics, landing pages, sales toolkits, web, value/product collateral, customer case studies, newsletter content, social content etc.). Working knowledge and an appreciation of the importance of marketing automation tools and other marketing technology tools. Knowledge of/experience with Pardot and Salesforce is desirable. Comfortable with ambiguity and self-drive to independently organize and lead brand marketing execution activities globally. Well versed in campaign metrics, data driven campaign management and the use of digital campaign tools to measure effectiveness and of campaign activities. Ability to take ownership and have accountability for campaign results, timelines and budgets. Highly motivated, deadline driven and highly efficient with proven experience of delivering against plans, achieving targets and meeting deadlines. A creative 'eye', excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to Sabre brand guidelines, whilst always thinking how we go one step further and improve and evolve as a brand. Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and build productive relationships with internal and external partners. Highly collaborative, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting marketing plans and gaining buy-in from stakeholders. Skilled at copywriting in a B2B marketing context is highly desirable.
