These services are delivered by an experienced team of Growth Advisers, Technical Specialists and Analysts. Blending tailored research, insights and analytics, workshops, CEO community events and personal introductions from our network, Growth 365 offers powerful support to our clients' growth objectives.As a Service Manager you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of services to clients in your portfolio, plus you'll actively develop new business across the Central region. What you'll be doing:You'll directly engage with ambitious CEOs and MDs of high growth mid-market businesses and play a key role in developing our mid-market CEO client communityYou'll work closely with the lead Partner to deliver on the Growth 365 business plan for the officeYou'll manage and lead on client engagements, including working with the client and the delivery team to identify the critical business activities to be undertaken to support clients in achieving their growth objectivesYou will work closely with our community of Growth Advisers to ensure clients benefit from their experience of leading growing businessesYou'll work closely with the Analyst team to scope and ensure timely delivery of insightful, high quality deliverablesYou'll manage preparation for engaging client meetings, ensure appropriate and timely follow-ups, being sure to keep the entire client delivery team updatedYou'll host and facilitate client workshops, making use of the toolkits designed to meet the needs of the Growth 365 client communityYou'll ensure all client deliverables are subject to the agreed internal review process and meet service quality standardsYou'll work closely with the Growth 365 national team, local colleagues and Growth Advisers to ensure Growth 365 is promoted effectively both internally and externallyYou'll spot opportunities to cross-sell other Grant Thornton service linesWho we're looking for: You'll have previous experience of advising clients on strategic matters relating to growth (minimum criteria)You'll have experience of managing client relationships and influencing C-suite level individuals (minimum criteria)You'll have high attention to detail and will be numerate and commercially awareYou'll have excellent analytical and presentation skills and be a strategic thinkerYou'll have the ability to identify new business opportunitiesYou should be commercially focused with the ability to deliver innovative solutions. You should be focused on self-development as well as having the desire to coach, mentor and develop your colleagues.
