Joining the successful Marketing Operations & Demand Generation EMEA and APJ team based in our Reading (UK) office, the successful candidate will work closely with the various Marketing functions (including EMEA & APJ business development team, field marketing team, channel marketing team), as well as partnering cross-functionally with Corporate Marketing, Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Legal and IT teams). You'll be a highly collaborative and yet analytical thinker that is able to implement and execute creative solutions to operational challenges, so no lead is left behind, every marketing touch point is attributable, our technology systems work efficiently, and our approach is accurate and aligned to the business needs.As a key-member of the EMEA & APJ marketing operations team, your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our business by enabling operational excellence across 3 key areas: Campaign Execution: fulfil marketing operations tickets submitted - build and execute best in class marketing programs, owning the marketing automation execution from end-to-end; develop cohesive Marketo smart campaigns, creating smart lists, uploading leads lists and data clean upData Governance: managing the regions database, identifying gaps and recommending plans so each country/region has correct coverage, including supporting segmentation requirements, GDPR compliance, data governance and inflows of new data.Marketing Performance: develop and share key insights on a regular basis from analysis of key reports and dashboards. Work with the Corporate Marketing Operations team in developing additional reports and dashboards for the smooth running and optimisation of the EMEA and APJ Marketing businessYour day-to-dayManage and execute on marketing operations requests.Develop and enable advanced nurture programsTroubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issuesTrack, test, and analyse data relating to campaign metrics and provide recommendations for marketing effectiveness.Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of processes and systemsAutomate manual processes and Help develop best practices and documentationConduct regular training and participate in global operations meetings and projectsLiaison and collaboration with internal and external clients/suppliersWhat you bring to the teamBA/BSc in Marketing, Communications or related degreeMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing Operations roleExperience of working with EMEA & ideally APJ regional teamsMarketing Automation and Salesforce experience required;Experience with marketing campaign analyticsAbility to create and manage dashboards/reportingAdvanced user of Excel and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.Familiarity with Google Analytics and knowledge of SEO and SEM best practicesUnderstanding of Intent Data and ABM approach will be helpfulFamiliarity with HTML and CSSHighly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starterMust possess excellent communication and organizational skills - Fluency in English is required (being the main corporate language).
