As Assistant Management Accountant you will also be happy to cover the Office Administration reporting into the CFO who is looking for an ambitious individual who has the potential to grow into their Management Accountant and beyond.

As AMA/Administrator you will be accurate and motivated. Able to demonstrate good experience and able to undertake a range of financial matters and take things ideally through to TB stage or even management accounts stage. The role is broad and wide reaching, it will suit an ambitious, articulate, accurate and empathetic individual who likes to be part of a friendly , fun and outward going environment.

Key aspects of the role include: Reconcile all Balance Sheet Accounts monthly, Reconcile intercompany balances on a monthly basis, Prepare the accruals and prepayments schedules and post relevant journals, Manage intercompany charges, Produce accounts to trial balance stage, Review WIP and write off balances, Oversee office supplies/stationery/photocopier/ Travel/ phones, Be first point of contact within the office for rest of staff is something is needed, Support on HR on day to day HR matters

Key experience required: 2+ years experience in a similar role ideally, A can do attitude, A desire to grow and develop, An understanding of working within a creative environment, Ideally use of Quick books would be beneficial, Good Excel
