Your new company
Large global insurer is looking for two Account Managers to join their team working on broker relationships.

Your new role
You will manage a panel of 80-100 brokers through proactive telephone based contact. The key objective is to profitably grow the book of business through strong relationship management both internal and external.

Duties include:
  • Manage the broker relationships to deliver all financial KPI's
  • Prepare and deliver Key Account Plans
  • Develop business opportunities to actively grow GWP and profitability
  • Conduct site visits as appropriate
  • Ensure service delivery complies with regulatory requirements
  • Proactively seek broker feedback and liaise internally over potential improvements
  • Solve problems for brokers and their clients by liaising effectively internally and managing the issue resolution process

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have commercial insurance and account management experience however our client is open to backgrounds with one element with a view to train on any experiences that needs developing. Most importantly you must have an positive mindset and a high degree of communication and sales skills. Proactive time management and commercial attitude is also important.

What you'll get in return
Our client is offering a salary between £20k-£25k depending on experience along with a generous benefits package which includes flex days.
