HR systems Administrator

The HR Systems Project Support Administrator's main duties and focuses will be;

* To provide project support and datasets 'on-demand' by delivering high quality, accurate reporting data to key stakeholders within a fast paced and busy department (via SAP Business Objects)

* Be comfortable working with high volumes and multiple deadlines

* Ability to interpret and provide insight to Project Team in relation to the ongoing projects

* Support the HR Systems Team by delivering system housekeeping routines and other timetabled activities - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as required

* General maintenance of the HR system (iTrent) and provision of second line system support as required

* Ensuring confidentiality of data and HR systems security is maintained at all times will also be a crucial part of your role including an ability in maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information

* Demonstrable experience using reporting tools to produce business data and reports and strong HR database user

* Strong excel user - ability to use vlookup, charts and pivot tables functionality is essential
