1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - Desktop Support - London - Financial Services

Our client a niche client within their field are looking for a Service Desk - Desktop Support Analyst to join this small team. You will have excellent communication and customer facing skills as 70% of the role will be deskside. You will be available to interview this week and start ASAP. Technically you will be exposed to a wide range of technology, but the key skills would be:- Solid experience of Level 1 support and ideally exposure to Level 2 Windows Server Windows 10 Exchange Server ITIL user or ideally qualified Installation of Laptops/Desktops etc. Setting up users If you are looking for Service/Desktop Support career move our client offer an excellent salary of up to £33,000 dependant on experience with the following benefits
