Your new role
You will be supporting the Customer Service team members on an administrative and secretarial basis. This will involve duties such as document checking, record keeping, data input and telephone switchboard operation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a confident user of the Microsoft package, especially with Excel. You will have a high standard of attention to detail and accurate written abilities. You must have experience of record keeping - maintaining both electronic and paper-based files. In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will be professional and model integrity whilst demonstrating a willing and flexible approach to work.
