Netwirking Ltd are currently working with an IT business based in Teesside as they look to add a 1st Line Support Technician to their expanding Technical Support Team.

Key Responsibilities Include;
  • Diagnose and fix both hardware and software IT issues remotely and on site
  • Liaise direct with customers regarding technical issues
  • Log work and fixes in to a helpdesk system
  • Incident management
  • Resolve technical issues
  • Support customers and provide a great level of customer service

You will have;
  • Experience of working in a busy IT Service Desk environment
  • Confident customer facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
  • Professional attitude
  • Efficient time keeping
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Flexible approach to working outside of normal office hours if required
  • Full UK driving license

Qualifications / Certifications & additional experience preferable;
  • Microsoft or Cisco Qualification
  • Experience of Office 365 & SharePoint
  • Telecommunications experience
