Due to expansion this company are looking for an additional engineer to join their team to offer high class customer support to their designated region within the UK. You will be based from home covering Aberdeen and surrounding areas.

Field Service Engineer - Laboratory Diagnostics

Reporting to the Service Manager overall responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and inventory management for their range leading immunoassay and clinical chemistry systems. Day to day this involves providing first and second line service, planned maintenance, site inspections, new installations, deinstallations and qualifications. Assist the sales team by spotting opportunities and helping with contract renewals. You will be measured against customers satisfaction scores and retention rates so an customer focussed attitude is essential.

You will be ensured a smooth transition with their comprehensive on boarding program, with a customised plan created by your manager to ensure you are up to speed and have the support you need. You will have access to a range of classroom and online learning courses for your career development and gaining other experience and skills.

Previous field service experience within the diagnostic market
HNC or above in an engineering, medical or technical discipline
Strong customer focus and desire to provide the best after sales support.
