Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Central London, Victoria.

Salary: £45K

We are assisting in the recruitment for an exciting new start up on a mission to build the largest technology focused business community in the world while empowering business visionaries to seize the opportunities presented by technology through research-led insights, events, training and learning resources.

We are on the hunt for an experienced marketer to join the team and play a huge part in defining the company's culture, processes and strategic direction while building the marketing function to deliver on ambitious growth plans.

Essential skills and experience:

·5+ years' experience in a marketing management position.

·Strong knowledge of digital channels, including Google Analytics and social media marketing.

·Proven experience delivering successful launch events and growing portfolios.

·Degree educated 2:1 level or higher. Additional marketing qualification a plus.

·Content marketing skills - copywriting and excellent communication skills are key.

Some key responsibilities and duties include:

·Develop the divisional marketing strategy to drive delegate revenue and brand awareness/trust. Provide strategic direction to your team to develop targeted multi-channel marketing strategies.

·Set and manage event targets and revenue goals, identify shortfalls and prioritise marketing initiatives to ensure targets are hit

·Identify and develop relationships with key industry and media partners to extend product reach and drive credibility

·Recruit, train and coach your marketing team to drive continuous improvement.

·Set and manage KPIs to drive performance, quality and customer service.

·Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner and forge relationships that drive product innovation, improvements and reach.
