A leading Chartered Accountants based in Herefordshire are looking for a trainee payroll administrator to join their team. Payroll Administrator key Responsibilities and Duties include:

Reviewing and analysing data submitted by clients
Using Microsoft Excel collate information from clients for the payroll dept.
Understanding and applying the different systems and criteria in place for individual clients
Manage communications with clients via email and telephone
Updating databases and records to reflect client requests
Working closely with payroll providers and supporting other team members as required

Payroll Administrator/ Account Assistant Person Specification/ Experience:

Experience within a client payroll environment would be advantageous.
Strong Excel & Numeracy experience
To be able to work in busy and fast paced environments.
Good Team player.
