What are we looking for?

Chubb Digi is currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer. The main goal of this role is to investigate and resolve technical issues on customer systems within agreed SLAs.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will:

  • First line/second line/on-site support to customers & engineers
  • Monitor system/equipment integrity
  • System builds
  • Equipment pre-configuration
  • Equipment repair
  • Research & development
To be successful in this role you will:
