Finance Tasks
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations across various areas of the Finance Shared Service team.
  • Investigation and follow up on issues identified during the preparation of the balance sheet , of which a number of these will require investigation and follow up as appropriate
  • Various reporting production including extracting data and updating information to help support Cashflow forecasting carried out by the Management Accounts team.
  • Daily reconciliation of payments received in Norway that have not auto matched.
  • Updating exchange rates into a specific format ready of uploading into the accounting system.
  • Supporting the administration of the write off process.
  • Supporting the team on finance internal/external audit queries

Systems Tasks
  • Daily control reconciliations between various systems to ensure all data has correctly processed
  • Supporting the Finance Systems team with various ad hoc helpdesk requests
  • Supporting the team on system internal/external audit queries

  • To maintain a professional approach towards internal and external customers
  • To make every effort to achieve set targets
  • To maintain a very high level of accuracy
  • To refer all areas of concern to the line manager on a timely basis
  • To provide active support to all team members

Qualifications and Experience required
  • Studied AAT a distinct advantage with at Least 3 year's general finance experience
  • Good understanding of various systems. Use of Agresso and Accurate reconciliation software an advantage
  • Self Starter
  • Communication skills
  • Confidence in dealing with people at all levels
  • Problem solving ability
  • Numeracy and accuracy
