As 'Marketing Executive - Partnerships'you will play a key role in driving Endsleigh's vision of being the leading insurance partner to the education community.


Within this role you will support the successful Marketing of products across our partners, ensuring our relationships are strong and delivering the expected results. A key focus will be driving maximum return from our partners through the delivery of an effective marketing plan and compelling market messages to the education community.

Further responsibilities within this role will include;
  • To maintain existing client relationships and identify new partnership opportunities through effective communications, reporting and problem solving.
  • Support the growth and performance of all B2C products through the Partner channel, including motor, home, possessions and travel, ensuring activity aligns with broader B2C campaign activity.
  • Assist with the delivery of innovative, best-in-class partnership marketing campaigns from inception through to final campaign evaluation to reach Endsleigh's customers.
  • Ensure the Endsleigh brand is protected, enhanced, maintained and consistent across all touch-points as per best practice.
  • Introduce and manage a performance management framework with partners, ensuring ongoing optimisation and value focus.
  • Identify opportunities to capture student data, improve market access and uplift conversion rates
  • Adhere to relevant governance frameworks & platforms to ensure that we're complying with FCA requirements


A successful candidate will have extensive B2C Marketing experience of a partnership nature, driving activity performance improvements. You should work well in a team and show flexibility and responsiveness within the role. Further key skills we will be looking for from applicants will include;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Use of own initiative and creativity to suggest and deliver strategic ideas
  • Strong decision maker with commercial acumen, sound judgement and effective prioritisation skills
  • Effective stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Confident with data and market research and using it to drive results.
  • Organisational and presentational skills working in a fast paced marketing environment
  • Ability to plan thorough and achievable marketing plans and to measure results

Qualifications and experience we will be looking for is outlined below;
  • Degree qualified in Marketing or equivalent or appropriate experience
  • Extensive B2C Marketing experience, preferably within financial services/ insurance preferred
  • General understanding of FCA and regulatory environment
