In this role you will deliver TFM services within a variety of corporate/office/manufacturing/MOD and airport environments. This will include compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes. You will ensure exemplary standards of customer service delivery coupled with strong team management skills and the ability to foster good relationships across all sites.

Leading the team in the operational management and delivery of the relevant Facility Services including Cleaning, M&E, Front of House, Security, Catering, Landscaping and Projects, you will also ensure the welfare of all site based staff and to adhere to HR policies covering all areas of managing employees within the various specialisations. You will act as a Health & Safety ambassador and ensure a safe working environment for all building users.

You will also deliver and maximise profitability of the contract and to deliver budgeted targets related to the provision of the services in a highly dynamic and demanding environment, where client delivery is of utmost importance.
This is a temporary role and will last up to 8 weeks.
This role will be initially based in Bristol, however there will be a requirement to support other areas of the UK as far as Sheffield and extensive travel is a requirement of this post.

The core hours or work for this role are Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700, however the post holder will need to be flexible to cover occasional out of hours and weekends.

Essential qualifications

IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent

Desirable qualifications

FM BIFM Level 4 Qualification or equivalent

Qualification in management, building, business, construction, engineering, building services, hospitality, surveying

BIFM membership and accreditation

SIA license (non-frontline)

Essential experience & knowledge

·Demonstrable experience gained in a TFM role with a hard services/engineering bias

·Extensive service delivery experience

·Experience of operating within a demanding commercial environment

·Strong communication skills

·Resilience, tenacity and able to work under pressure

·Success in staff management with a one-team approach

·Flexibility regarding hours of work

·PC literate with the ability to use MS Word, Outlook and Excel

·Able to provide a full 5 year career history as this role will require high level security clearance

·Full UK driving licence and the willingness and ability to travel across the UK
