Your opportunity

A new IT organisation across North South Europe (NSE) has created an exciting challenge and opportunity. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner, working with the leadership team of Deloitte's IT function as they integrate 750+ people across 13 countries into a new single IT organisation that delivers increased value and service quality.

Deloitte's IT function in NSE is moving from multiple different local IT structures to a single regional team across 13 countries. Working as a single team will provide tremendous opportunities for our people as we streamline our IT platforms and ways of working, and leverage talent across the region to support the firm's growth agenda. But it's a time of change, which brings challenges too. The opportunity in this role is to own all finance aspects of the integration, acting as advisor to the IT leadership team, and as the bridge to local finance resources to make the integration a huge success. In parallel, the Finance Business Partner will play a central role in defining the new "business as usual", working in conjunction with NSE finance / Swift teams to define and operate new finance ways of working. A tremendous opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to operate at a senior level.

We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.
