Systems, Data & Process Manager

East Midlands

Up to £40k - Dependant on experience

Our client is a well-established, innovative organisation that provide IT solutions, infrastructure and services that help their clients drive forward.

Due to their success and continuous growth, we're looking for an experienced Systems, Data & Process Manager. You'll work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure the best use of internal CRM, ERP and other operational systems.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, publication & maintenance of Management Information/General user reports
  • Design, creation and maintenance of KPI entities and dashboards
  • Data quality monitoring & management (Missing, invalid, Incomplete, corrections)
  • The management of data entry and system configuration
  • Carry out regular reviews of the supporting business processes
  • Training & Support

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
  • Experience of managing ERP/CRM, SAP Business ByDesign/Hubspot/MS Dynamics or similar
  • Knowledge and capability of using reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, Crystal Reports
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT business
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical and organising skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Have an analytical approach to problem solving
  • The ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and other senior managers
  • Excellent communication skills (face to face, verbal and written), with the ability to alter the message to different audiences
  • Ability to work pro-actively and to tight deadlines
