We are evolving with our health professionals and local community partners, sharing our skills and experience to ensure we can deliver care to our patients in the right way, at the right time and in the right place.

The types of health needs we serve are varied and include end of life, dementia, falls, complex needs, care homes with individual care, and crisis management planning.

We also provide wound care, and treatment for diabetics and bladder and bowel issues.

We would love to hear from any Registered Nurse who would enjoy the challenge and opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge, and work towards further qualifications. We will offer an appropriate induction period and continue to support your learning needs while working with a range of specialist nurses, therapists, social services and mental health workers as well as GP and local practices.
    • Our service is covered 8am-6pm 7 days a week with a weekend rota
    • We currently work out of two bases, one at Lancing and one at Shoreham

You must be able to work autonomously as well as being part of a team. The team uses SystmOne mobile working.

You must hold a full driving license and have the use of a car for work purposes.
