Job Description

A leading UK based Asset Manager are looking to hire an experienced Programme/Project Manager to join their growing Change team specialising in Distribution. As the Programme Manager you will lead the next phase of an ongoing Salesforce project to encompass the broadening out of Salesforce to include operational client service processes and further integration of Salesforce with 3rd party applications and platforms.

It is important that this person has strong Asset Management experience and a proven track record of delivering complex Distribution focused projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Define delivery scope and objectives from day one including detailed work plans of resource needs, risks, schedules and overall budgeting
  • Ensure correct governance and quality standards are adhered to
  • Track project milestones
  • Project management of Salesforce related deliverables from inception to completion
  • Support embedding the platform into BAU including training and usage best practice, data quality control and BAU technical change oversight
  • Provide leadership and visibility for the CRM projects to all levels of seniority
  • Identify and document project risks
  • Produce status reporting and presentations
  • Bring together the team to work towards tight deadlines

Key Skills
  • Excellent record of delivering Salesforce projects within an Asset Management context
  • Strong understanding of the overall distribution business context including the Business to Business sales model
  • Experience with Salesforce partner network products such as marketing automation tools, Financial Clarity, event management and client data look-through
  • Team-focussed approach able to work collaboratively across the Technology and Business teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project planning tools
  • Detailed understanding of projects cost forecasting and tracking
  • Fantastic stakeholder management experience
  • Structured governance and control implementation
  • Clear and concise communications
