Job Title: Quality and Control Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus and competitive benefits package

Location: Solihull


Working in an award winning financial services company in Solihull, the Quality and Control Analyst will take responsibility for first line Quality Assurance (QA) and support the team with the implementation and maintenance of the business risk management policy framework, and associated processes and controls.

This is an exciting chance to join the business during a period of growth and to work in a new team within a new division to the company.

Key Duties:

·Ensure that business processes and operating procedures are implemented and compliant

·Ensure that the company identifies and manages risks appropriately

·Provide updates to management regarding trends and recommending improvements

·Provide quality assurance of first line functions to ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures

·Deliver monitoring activity to ensure advice output is consistent with best practice

·Act as technical SME and point of contact to support the resolution of advice related issues

·Work with the 2nd line risk team as required, responding to queries from the regulator

Key Skills/Experience Required:

·Wide experience in a similar, Quality and Control Analyst role

·Knowledge of applying regulatory rules to data and the ability to assess compliant and fair outcomes

·Good written and verbal communication skills

·A financial services based qualification would be an advantage
