We are working with a fantastic lifestyle brand, that is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee and manage all aspects and day to day running's of their London based shop, Monday - Friday.

We love working with this dynamic lifestyle brand, which creates and develops distinctive and inspiring products which are sold through their shops and websites, as well as retailers such as John Lewis + ASOS.

This role is Monday-Friday 10.30-19.30.

Key Responsibilities as Shop Manager:
  • Fully understanding the brand's vision and purpose
  • Work autonomously and responsibly and oversee all tasks and ensure they are completed to a high standard
  • Overseeing all aspects of customer service delivery + managing a small team of 3 (including rotas, holiday and sickness)
  • Manage all aspects of the daily running of the shop floor
  • Back office administrative tasks
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service as an example to the rest of the team
  • Oversee cash, banking and store sales
  • Manage stock levels and reordering when necessary
  • Answer the shop phone, including but not limited to online orders, bookings, press and marketing business
  • Manage pop up and off-site events
  • Work closely with the Product Team to change window and store displays to match monthly themes
  • Work closely with the Head of Retail, arranging promotions and in-store events

Skills required for this Shop Manager position:
  • Previous shop floor experience, managing or supervising a team
  • Honest and committed to working collaboratively within a joint-purpose environment
  • Autonomous and can be relied on to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Loves to interact and help people, ensuring they always see your best side - even in a bad day (we all have them)
  • Empathetic of sensitive subjects
  • Passionate and kind spirited, always looking for ways to learn and improve!
