The Business Manager role sits within Global Risk
Group within Computershare. The successful applicant will be responsible
for a number of key central functions relating to the successful running of the
internal day-to-day business of the Risk and Compliance department specifically
relating to People, Finance, and Communications.

The role holder will be responsible for
ensuring that all materials held on Risk and Compliance Intranet site are
accurate, up to date and reflect the business structure. Creating, monitoring
and tracking all items relating to the Risk and Compliance budget, ensuring
that the finance governance process is followed including forecasting and
accruals also forms a key part of the role. The role is also responsible for
acting as the executive assistant to the Chief Risk Officer.

Owning and managing the People plan with
the Risk and Compliance Leadership Team will form part of the role - ensuring
that all staff within the Risk and Compliance department is engaged in Computershare
wider initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Management - create and maintain internal processes to run in line with the
wider financial management governance, ensuring that spend is tracked against
budget, accruals occur where necessary and forecasting is executed on a
quarterly basis on behalf of the CRO for Risk and Compliance.

Intranet and SharePoint and Communication Management - Maintain
key materials which reside on the Risk and Compliance Intranet ensuring that
they remain accurate and relevant. Manage a number of SharePoint sites,
ensuring that materials and permissions are set appropriately. Ensure that
communications channels remain accurate and relevant - outlook distribution

People Proposition - track and monitor Risk an Compliance
management to wider HR processes as well as running internal people initiatives
ensuring that Risk and Compliance staff are engaged in Departmental business
and wider CPU people initiatives - Charity and Green initiatives.

Executive Assistant to Chief Risk Officer - Diary and mailbox
management, travel and expenses management, CRO meeting management - agendas,
minute taking and action tracking for all items relating to Risk and Compliance
internal business (project and operations) and preparing key messages on behalf
of the Chief Risk Officer to be distributed to Risk and Compliance teams or the
wider Leadership Team.

Take the lead on other Risk and Compliance departmental
initiatives as appropriate.

Skills/Experience & Competencies:

experience of acting as a business or office manager in a medium/large
financial services organisation.

communication skills both verbally and written.

to be able to work with a senior/executive team.

understanding of financial concepts and processes - forecasting, accruals,
amortization with experience of managing central budgetary processes.

within SharePoint including managing permissions and documentation.

experience of acting as a delegate in Outlook for a Senior Executive -
pro-actively managing meetings across a number of different time zones.

of preparing communications on behalf of a senior executive for wider

to work with a globally distributed Risk and Compliance Leadership Team.

of key themes within Risk and Compliance desirable and/or experience of previous
work within a Risk and/or Compliance Team.

to detail and high standard of work is essential.

Management experience and skills (PRINCE 2) and experience in management
